Hidnce, Inc. (“Hidnce”) provides users with a suggestive personalized way for a consumer to enter details about themselves and, in return, receive guidance to best use Cannabis (aka Marijuana or Weed) for themselves.

This Privacy Policy describes Hidnce's privacy practices concerning the personal information of individuals who enter data about themselves into the Hidnce mobile application platform. We treat all personal information covered by this Privacy Policy, including information about visitors to our website, as individuals acting on their recognizance and not being forced to enter data.  Hidnce is not responsible for consumption or any actions taken after suggestive consumption is displayed.

Personal Information (PI) We Collect and how we plan to use it.

• Contact details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number, and Zip Code.

• Consumptions detail ranges in days for the following types: Edible, Flower, Vape, and Concentrate.

  • This information calculates your tolerance and is related to the Suggested Strength and Dosage to consume.

• Ailment detail ranges in days for the following: Anxiety, Depression, Focus, Pain, and Sleeplessness.

  • This information calculates the Cannabis Type suggested to purchase and consume.

• Experience details saved include the Selection of Consumption Type, Desired mood in hours. Public or Private event, interaction expectation, expected responsibilities. Expected anxiety or pain.

  • This information calculates unique custom experience variables and details related to Cannabis Type, Strength, and Dosage.

• Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your use of Hidnce.

• We exchange communications with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.

Third-party sources.

We will not combine personal information collected with any third-party system or platform.

Automatic data collection.

We will not automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, or your interaction with our website, mobile platform, and services over time.

Research and development.

As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified, or other anonymous data from the personal information we collect. We may use this anonymous data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the services and promote our business.

You may opt out of marketing-related communications by following the opt out or unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communications we send you.

We do not control websites or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.

Security.

The Hidnce platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services where all governance, privacy, and security measures are deployed. We employ a number of technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no security measures are failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Persons under twenty-one years of age (21).

The Hidnce mobile platform is not intended for persons under 21 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through our platform from someone under 21 without the consent of a parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it and turn off the user profile.

Changes to This Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the website along with an email provided for awareness.
